Billing & Pricing

Payments Accepted

We accept all forms of payment including, checks, cash, cards, money orders and Venmo. Our card payments are processed via Authorize.net, a secure payment system. There are no additional fees for card payments. Card payments can be made by calling our office during business hours at (502)389-6905 or we can email you an invoice that can be paid online. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. Payments can be mailed to the address on your invoice. We do not recommend mailing cash. 

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Mother Nature can be unpredictable and occasionally we will have to contact a customer to reschedule due to weather issues. If there is weather preventing us from completing your service, you will be notified by our office  with a reschedule date.

We understand that things happen. If you need to make changes to your appointment, feel free to contact us anytime.
