Billing & Pricing

Payments Accepted

We accept all forms of payment including, checks, cash, cards, money orders and Venmo. Our card payments are processed via Authorize.net, a secure payment system. Card payments can be made by calling our office during business hours at (502)389-6905 or we can email you an invoice that can be paid online. Payments can be mailed to the address on your invoice. There is a $25.00 fee for returned checks. We do not recommend mailing cash. 

Cancellations

Cancellation Policy

Mother Nature can be unpredictable and occasionally we will have to contact a customer to reschedule due to weather issues. If there is weather preventing us from completing your service, you will be notified by our office  with a reschedule date.

We understand that things happen. If you need to make changes to your appointment, feel free to contact us anytime.
